If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos.

Are Gift Therapy products made to order?
Most pieces are created after you order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
What is the return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible, unused, non-personalized items in their original condition and packaging. For preference returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Contact us before sending anything back.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After review, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Can I build a matching gift set?
Yes. Start with one pattern, then coordinate a phone case, desk accessory, drinkware, or gift wrap. Any current promotion will be shown clearly in your cart or at checkout.
